I just have to say thank you! over the last 5 years I have lost 262 lbs and am at a smaller size than I was in High scohol. and it is mainly due to men like you who are ready and willing to help guys like me! I now have my Personal trainers cert., sports nut. also! I now work for a gym helping others! so THANK YOU for the questions you have answered for me and others over the last few years!
