OUR APPROACH ON NUTRITION

At CTS we are focused on providing nutritional solutions for optimizing health, well-being and body composition. We believe a nutrient dense diet based on whole foods is one of the best ways to obtain optimal health. We teach clients how to track their macronutrients to achieve their body composition goal. Macronutrients (macros) make up the majority of our diets. There are three macronutrients: carbohydrates, protein and fat. Protein is essential for all growth and repair of any cell in the human body, it increases muscle mass, improves muscle tone and assists in weight loss. Carbohydrates are required for energy, preventing disease and assisting in weight loss. Fats are crucial for the human body as they assist in the development and function of the brain and nervous system, regulate blood pressure and healthy hormonal activity. CTS understands that your body composition and goals will determine what you need to eat. CTS has a number of tools we use to monitor, track and ensure that you’re hitting your nutritional goals, with the main tool being our coaches.

HOW DO I JOIN?

Here we will go through you goals, previous training history, current nutrition and go through a body composition test. Doing this allows us to make sure you get the best training program for you, set an expected time frame to hit your goals, and go through our relevant membership packages.
